Why we started Brandiic™

Rusmir Arnautović started Brandiic after 25 years of design work, most of it spent mentoring junior designers and collaborating with people much bigger than the agency itself.

That background shows up in how the studio operates now: less "design firm," more a small team that treats strategy and craft as the same job.

Every project starts with a plan, not a mood board. We map out how the work needs to hold up across platforms before we touch a pixel, then keep an eye on where design is heading globally so we're not the ones playing catch-up.

Design here doesn't sit off to the side from marketing or product. We work alongside those teams, run projects with clear milestones, and push the people on our team to keep learning rather than plateau on old skills.

What keeps clients coming back isn't a slogan, it's that we understand their market well enough to make calls that hold up: things that look good, work well, and actually move the business forward.
