Most design subscriptions rotate you through whichever designer is free that week. At Brandiic, you're paired with the same dedicated designer or team for the full length of your engagement, not a rotating pool. That holds regardless of how many other clients we're working with, each account gets its own dedicated team, so growth on our end doesn't mean slower turnaround on yours. Rusmir stays involved directly when it matters, kickoffs, strategy calls, or anything that needs a second set of eyes.
How do our three plans differ?
Brand ($5,500/month): One dedicated senior designer, one request at a time, 48-72 hour turnaround
Product ($15,000/month): Full design team (senior + junior designer + project manager), three concurrent requests, 24-48 hour turnaround
Enterprise ($25,000+/month): Custom team size, unlimited requests based on capacity, 24-hour priority turnaround with strategic consultation
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We'll help ensure a smooth transition between plan levels.

What's our billing structure?
Brand & Product: Monthly billing with the ability to pause or cancel anytime
Enterprise: Flexible payment terms available including milestone-based billing for project work
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations are effective from the next billing cycle.
What's our refund policy?
We do not offer refunds due to the quality and nature of our work. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any concerns. We recommend starting with our complimentary consultation to ensure our service is the right fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Enterprise clients can discuss custom payment arrangements during onboarding.
