Welcome to Brandiic™ Agency. We offer various services including product discovery, strategy, product design, branding, marketing design, and web design, along with several subscription and project-based plans tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Service plans

• Essential ($5,500/month): One dedicated senior designer, one request at a time, 48-72 hour turnaround

• Professional ($15,000/month): Full design team (senior + junior designer + project manager), three concurrent requests, 24-48 hour turnaround

• Enterprise ($25,000+/month): Custom team size, unlimited requests based on capacity, 24-hour priority turnaround with strategic consultation

User responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information and feedback to ensure the high-quality delivery of services.

Payment terms

• Payments are processed on a monthly subscription basis or as one-time payments, depending on the chosen plan.

• No refunds are provided.

• Payment schedules vary by plan.

Intellectual property

All work created for clients is the property of the client upon completion and payment.

Liability and disclaimers

Brandiic™ Agency disclaims any guarantees of results. Liability is limited to the scope of services provided.

Termination of services

• Subscription, enterprise, or product plans can be terminated by pausing or canceling the subscription.

• No refunds are provided upon termination.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved under the governing laws of the USA and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Amendments to terms and conditions

• Changes to these terms will be posted on our website and notified via email.

• Continued use of our services after notification will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bosnia & Herzegovina.
